      • Copy of the current Registration Statement (Certificate).
      • Copy of the Tenant Habitability Plan (THP) and Declaration of Service.

      • Final permits for work requiring a permit.
      • Copy of the Certificate of Compliance for the Seismic Retrofit Work.
